COUNSELLING

Our counsellor strives to provide a warm, confidential and safe space that allows you to explore yourself more deeply and work towards life that you desire and deserve. During a counselling session, our counsellor will listen to you attentively and help you find ways to deal with various issues, such as vocational issues, adjustment issues, personal emotional, cognitive, and behavioural issues. They encourage you to share your issues, feelings and emotions. From your sharing, they assist you to gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes, and encourage you in finding your own solutions to problems.
