Mr Zayn (Ng Sze Yin)

Ng Sze Yin is a registered clinical psychologist providing psychological services to individuals across various life stages, from children to adults. He has extensive experience working in private healthcare settings, government hospitals, and mental health associations, supporting clients with a wide range of mental health concerns. His expertise includes depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, bipolar disorder, trauma, eating disorders, personality disorders, and neurodivergence conditions such as Autism (ASD) and ADHD. He has also worked extensively with individuals struggling with interpersonal conflicts, stress and anger management, grief, and child mental health challenges, including emotional regulation difficulties, school refusal, and social difficulties. 

 

Sze Yin is committed to personalized, evidence-based care, tailoring each treatment plan to the specific needs and goals of his clients. He integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions, creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can explore their emotions, gain insights, and develop effective coping strategies. His goal is to help clients understand themselves, make sense of their experiences, and discover alternative, helpful ways of thinking to improve their well-being and relationships. 

 

Beyond his clinical practice, Sze Yin is passionate about mental health advocacy and has been invited to deliver mental health talks, including topics such as suicide prevention, to raise awareness and equip individuals with practical intervention strategies. Being multilingual, he provides therapy in English, Chinese, and Cantonese, making psychological support more accessible to diverse communities.
