Mable is a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Throughout her career, Mable has demonstrated a profound commitment to the SEN community. Her work includes developing individualized support plans for clients ranging from 2 to 21 years old and providing crucial online parental consultations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her efforts have empowered families and professionals alike, ensuring the effective implementation of behavior-analytic interventions both in-home and at center-based settings.
Mable’s career is marked by a continuous pursuit of excellence in ASD and ADHD treatment. She has delivered in-house training for staff, conducted behavioral assessments, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to refine and implement evidence-based practices. In addition, she has also delivered behaviour management training to various NGO and special needs centers in Klang Valley.
With a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Trinity College Dublin, Mable is well-versed in the latest research and methodologies in behavior analysis. In addition to her clinical and educational work, Mable is an accomplished trainer and speaker. She is an accredited HRDC trainer, and recently she has been selected as the Resident Expert by SEAMEO Regional Center for Special Educational Needs (SEAMEO SEN). Her engaging and dynamic training style has been sought after by organizations, where she has delivered workshops on behavior management, leadership, and skill development for school teachers and caregivers.
Known for her ability to connect with diverse audiences, Mable is an energetic and versatile speaker who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every training session.
